10.0Susanna the general manager was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. She arranged reliable transportation for day trips and to the airport. She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna.

10.0The hotel is very cozy. It has an unusual design and character. Or shall I say it is just charming. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels and bed sheets were new. And there was also a huge bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We had a free breakfast and it was very good. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the waterfall and Termas de la Virgen were in a walking distance.

We had a suite with a large sitting area that had 2 couches, a coffee table, fridge and a balcony. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels and bed sheets were new. And there was also a huge bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We had a free breakfast and it was very good. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the waterfall and Termas de la Virgen were in a walking distance.

10.0This hotel wasn't not the cheapest but well worth the money. The front desk was very helpful and the room was great. It is great for families and groups traveling together.

10.0The staff at this hotel is amazing, super helpful with all of our questions and excursions. The included breakfast was excellent. It was central and walking distance to restaurants, the central district and cathedrals, but on a deadend side street so there was little traffic noise.
