Great Place to Stay in Victoria with Great Breakfast.
10.0This B and B is across from the ocean with a water view for our room. It was clean and comfortable, and staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, which is a must for a B and B in my book. .
Dashwood is the perfect getaway
10.0We stayed two nights at Dashwood Manor in late June 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. This was our second visit. The check-in process (and check-out) was easy and efficient and the breakfasts served in the south facing morning room were delicious. All staff members were excellent. The character of the building is lovely and the location is fantastic, with beautiful walking trails along Dallas Road and Beacon Hill Park literally on the doorstep. Also, the nearby Cook St. shops and Beagle Pub are great. Dashwood Manor is the perfect place for a getaway vacation in Victoria.
Room with a view and a rest...
10.0Unique, friendly, scenic views of mountain and sea with parasails gliding past your balcony. Walking trails along the water and a short walk to Beacon Hill Park and Cook Street Village restaurants. Wonderful location and amazing breakfast.
Great B&B
10.0The Dashwood Manor is a great B&B. My friends and I loved the building, the location and the service. The breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this place for any visitors to Victoria.
Charming Ocean front Escape with Incredible Hospitality
10.0We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Dashwood Manor. The overall vibe is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and a relaxing small-town feel. Our room was large and uniquely decorated with charming vintage items, which added to the character of the stay. The breakfasts were excellent and definitely worth it each morning. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Plus, having the Salish Sea right across the street was unbeatable. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!
Quaint beautiful place to stay!
10.0We really enjoyed our time here at Dashwood Manor. Our room was lovely and had a lot of ammenties that made it so comfortable. The wet bar was so nice to have in our room. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having chairs in the room to sit and relax and not have to sit on the bed. Our room had lots of windows so we loved having the fresh air fill the room. Our room was very clean and we had little to no noise from other guests or the road. The breakfasts were plentiful and for the most part, good. We did not care for the sausage they served, but everything else was good. They also offered sodas, water and tea and a lite snack in the common room everyday, which was a nice touch. Check-in was super easy and contactless. We were on the second floor, so hauling our bags upstairs was a bit tough, but we knew that ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this property as it has beautiful views, is away from the busy city life and it was very charming.
