8.0The apartment had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the top floor. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the old town and all the main sights.
− We did not receive the promised key code before arrival and had to contact the host several times. We were told this was because our payment had not been received, even though we had already paid through Booking.com. Under our stay, we were contacted again about the same issue. Problems between the host and Booking.com should not be passed on to paying guests. It caused unnecessary stress during our holiday. The check-out instructions could have been clearer, as we were unsure how the apartment should be left.
Dejlig lejlighed i skøn by!
9.0Beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Vi havde adgang til gården - og her var ro og skygge. Lejligheden var rummelig - der kunne faktisk sove 7 i en snæver vending 😀 Badet var flot funktionelt og nærmest nyt... Vi havde gratis parkering 400 m væk 👍
− Mangler Information på engelsk - fx præsentationsmappen - burde indeholde alle vigtige informationer på engelsk! Bitte...
