An exceptional stay every time, my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Cape Town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
10.0Exceptional stay as always. I stay here whenever I'm in Cape Town for work and the experience is consistently excellent. The staff are welcoming, and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The location is convenient, the breakfast is great and it feels like a home away from home.
I will definitely not be back and will never receommend this place to anyone.

− The incredibly uncomfortable bed The staff who had no idea what they were doing At R2400 per night (BED ONLY) this is an absolute rip off The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! It might as well have been a wooden board. The total lack of privacy in the bathroom. I walked into the TV mounting bracket twice, perfectly positioned at head height. The second time drew blood! R180 per head for breakfast is a violation! To then get coffee with the grounds in the mug (excuse - I didn't know it was not instant coffee) and my wife finishing her breakfast before mine arrived is ridiculous. Use some of the money you are fleecing to buy a 2nd omelet pan! Having to teach the duty "manager" how to use the Yoco terminal as she was "unfamiliar" with this type of device.
