9.0Achei ótima a hospedagem, exatamente como divulgado, atendendo minhas expectativas. A cozinha compartilhada é um espaço muito bom. A área livre pras crianças brincarem e o gramado excelentes. A equipe prestativa e resolveu prontamente o problema que tive com a acomodação que reservei.
− Aluguei um quarto que estava com cheiro forte de umidade, como sou alérgica fiquei preocupada em dormir nessa acomodação, mas felizmente havia uma outra disponível e a equipe atendeu meu pedido de mudança. A acomodação do lago atendeu às minhas expectativas e estava ótima.
Amazing experience!
10.0Where do I start?! Amazingly curated space for connection with nature. The location was the perfect balance of being remote, but also has bus and taxi access to the city, and just a short walk from the main beach where boat taxis are available for trips to surrounding beaches. Lots of great hiking in the area also. The property itself was beautiful, and perfectly blended the indoors and outdoors. Even when inside, it felt as if you were still connecting with the outside. So much outdoor space, plenty of wildlife, flora and fauna to see and many different places to explore and relax. The staff were great, so welcoming and extremely helpful. We were shown some indigenous art by lanna and Diego who were very passionate, and offered great insights about the local indigenous community. Marie took our photos and offered great advice about what to do in the area. The big family there really made it feel like less of a typical hotel and more of a really authentic escape with people who really appreciated the land, its people and nature. Finally the dogs! Bob and iris were so friendly and created a bond such that it was very hard to say goodbye!
