− Hormis le directeur de l’hôtel le personnel n’était pas du tout agréable : pas de bonjour et ou salutations à chaque passage les matins, ni explications concernant la réservation et des prestations à notre arrivée. La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée et on a dû attendre avec un appel téléphonique depuis la réception. L’entretien des chambres est décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. À notre humble avis et expériences il s’agit d’une prestation qui correspond à 2 étoiles malheureusement. Il n’y avais pas de tapis de prière dans la chambre. Avant de se rendre à la piscine nous demandons des serviettes qui ont été souvent oubliées. Les shampooings et gels douche était déjà usé par d’autres personnes avant notre arrivée en chambre et non pas été renouvelé. Les chambres étaient pas bien nettoyé.
