6.0Stayed 2 nights, received molded pillow as a replacement of pillow smells like sweat. Size and shape were also different from original pillows.

8.0everything was excellent except the temperature control. During hot days, the A/C was not able to turn on. But the hotel personnel offered ice and fans to compensate.
