5.0There is a proper parking space for vehicles.
− 1. In the room , bed was placed exactly in front of the door, whenever anyone comes in the room for service bed was exactly opposite the door. 2. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom and the health faucet was also not working properly, bathroom was small in size. 3. The chair in the room had a broken handle which need to be repaired. 4. The food menu was not updated one as per the food availability,like we ordered noodles and there was no manchurian in the menu card , when later I asked they said menu is an old one, we have manchurian. Same was with cold coffee. 5. The food menu of terrace cafe and revolving restaurant was exactly same , giving very few options to guests to order. Overall I felt an average stay as compared to price because I have stayed in Sarovar portico at Mashobra and it was an awesome stay.so palampur didn't meet my expectations.

10.0The place was comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly. Absolutely loved the revolving rooftop restaurant there with the view of the hills. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying.

10.0BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS, WE REQUESTED CHEF TO PREPARE SIDHU DISH FOR US AND NEXT DAY IT WAS IN BUFFET. THANKS TO STAFF AND SPECIALLY SWEETY MAM FOR SENDING COMPLIMENTARY ANNIVERSARY CAKE IN CAFE..
− COIR MATTRESSES (THEY ARE OLD NOW)SHOULD BE CHANGED IN 202 ROOM..
