9.0The Hotel is situated in the city center, you can reach everything by foot. The Hotel is very nice, the rooms seem to be freshly renovated and look brand new, super clean, big rooms with lots of space. We travelled with a small group and all rooms were the same. Very delicious breakfast. Next time we come to Bern we will com back to this Hotel.

I'd stay here again & recommend it. Location perfect, close to train, old town, walk everywhere.
10.0Location was excellent, right near the train station & in the old town area - very short quick walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants, zoological clock, bear park, etc. Breakfast comprised fresh fruit (which I love), various pastries & breads, various cheeses & meats, sweet pastries & mini muffins, delicious fresh juices & great coffee. Room was a good size & comfortable.
− Air conditioning could have worked a little better to keep us cooler in the heatwave.
