10.0Ehrlich gesagt, war ich gar in dem Hotel und hatte als Kunde, der Hotels.com seit vielen Jahren nutzt gedacht ich könnte stornieren. Weder ist ein Mitarbeiter erreichbar noch hilft der "virtuelle Assistent" weiter. Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten plus x sind keine Seltenheit ...um dann irgendeine belanglose Info zu erhalten. Ich werde mir überlegen, ob ich nicht die Plattform für meine Hotelbuchungen wechsel.

8.0This hotel is a small family business. It has a lot of charm and I enjoyed my stay. If you are expecting something brand new you'll be disappointed, but everything is clean and hosts are very friendly! Breakfast could be better restocked though, when we were there they ran out of things on the breakfast buffet and noone was around to restock. Also beware - the hotel does not have an elevator, at least not one that we saw.

8.0Die Unterkunft ist vom Einrichtungsstil nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für eine Nacht aber kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind wie auf dem Bildern. Man sieht somit, was man bekommt. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung.
