Comfortable place, good size and location.
9.0Comfortable. Good size. Quite quiet. Not too many guests. Street traffic barely audible. Good location; on the edge of BKK1 (within the boundaries).

Arnaque!
1.0La chambre /studio
− Il m'a fallu 1h15 pour récupérer la caution de 100$, et ils m'ont facturé 15$ une petite serviette lave mains tachée ! Une arnaque ! Peu de personnel parle anglais, établissement à fuir! Restaurant et bar pas du tout à la hauteur, 12$ le petit déjeuner insipide... Il y a beaucoup d'autres établissements à Phnom Penh beaucoup mieux pour moins cher !
