− Could have more options in the shop to purchase local produce unique to artisans in Beppu and surrounding area.

Brilliant view, perfect private onsen
8.0The view from the room, the private onsen and the design and architecture of the whole complex was exactly as sold by the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful and even if remote the location was easy to reach by car (with enough parking spaces available near the hotel).
− There were small details that did not align with the price and image that the place wants to give (rusty rail bar on the balcony, wooden door from the shower that did not close all the time, infiltrations on the external walls, etc.). But nothing that affected the stay or our enjoyment.
