I arrived later in the evening and everything was closed even the office. There was a number posted on the door to a call but when I called it they were too busy to even answer.

No one was present to check us in. Had to call around and then wait :20 in the heat. Absolutely NO apology whatsoever for the delay, which should be courtesy standard by literally anyone leaving someone to wait for a prebooked and reserved day/time.

staff was late for check in, called the number provided didnt answer. Door getting up to the rooms didnt want to unlock so felt like we couldn't go anywhere. Room was alright, no batteries in the tv remote so had to switch between the AC remote and tv remote. no one in the office in the morning to check out, so left key in the room. i will never stay there again. no parking lot, had to park vehicle on the street.

I was happy to find that the room was very clean and the food was really good at the Mexican restaurant downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was horrible. Very squeaky and noisy. TV had no reception. Netflix didn't work. Floor was squeaky. No hot water to take shower. Sink faucet was loose. Only one wash cloth for two people. Very disappointed!!!

Noone was there after 11 to check you in but they let us make a reservation after 11 pm the same nite and then are trying yo charge my credit card 45 bucks because they werent there ya hell nah..they will...
