7.0Could not fault the room and bathroom.
− Evening meal was very disappointing. Well overcooked schnitzel. Came down for breakfast to find every table covered with dirty cups and plates, had to clear a table ourselves to get a place to sit. No attempt to clear the tables by the morning member of staff who seemed to want to stay hidden. Just enough food left to have a breakfast, it was only 8.30. Anybody coming down later would be picking at leftovers. Only one young girl on her own in the evening serving drinks and taking orders.

3.0− Kunne ikke få lov til at betale på stedet. Har istedet fået en opkrævning med post, som kun kan betales ved at møde op i en bank. Utrolig dårlig service

− Mehrfaches Nachhaken wegen Rechnung auf Firma. Nachts sind die Ausgänge zur Lobby verschlossen. Notausgänge schwer zu finden.

4.0Das Personal ,welches für die Sauberkeit zuständig war Unterschied sich sehr positiv ,von dem Servicepersonal an der Reception und dem Personal im Frühstücksraum.Die Lage und Parkplatssituation waren sehr gut.Das Hotel hätte bei anderer Leitung grosses Potential.Schade!!!
− Das Frühstück entsprach nicht einem erwartbarem Anspruch/ Mindeststandard ,Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr spartanisch,einfachste zum Standard gehörende Dinge musste man sich zusammen suchen.Die nachfolgenden Gäste mussten selbst das gebrauchte Geschirr abräumen,um einnen sauberen aufgeräumten Frühstückplatz einnehmen zu können. Das anwesende Personal war entweder überfordert oder hatte kein Interresse an einen angenehmen Aufenthalt Ihrer Gäste.Auf unserem Zimmer war zu bemängeln ,das ein Lampenschirm an der Nachtischlampe fehlte und die Gardinen teilweise herunterhingwn ,weil Gardinenröllchen fehlten.

3.0− Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht fertig. Wir wurden von noch nassen Handtüchern und nem dreckigen Bett vom Vorgänger begrüßt. Wir haben nach mehrfachen Anrufen und Mails ein Reservezimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich. Die Cornflakes und das Brot lagen da vermutlich auch schon ein paar Stunden länger
