Stay away, this is not a comfortable stay and fraudulent advertisement

Breakfast and location. But it is not worth how uncomfortable you will be.

− We booked a room with a terrace, but the room had a French balcony. Meaning it had zero floor space, it is just a huge window. This is in my opinion fraudulent advertisement as a terrace by definition means it has an area with floor space. The most outrage’s part about this stay however is the air condition situation. One very important thing to know, guests can not regulate the temperature of the AC in their own rooms, this can only be done from the reception is staffed from 08.00 - 23.00. If you need your AC temperatures adjusted outside of these hours, too bad, nothing can be done about it. The AC they have can barely be called more than a fan, it was so bad we needed to have a giant floor fan in addition and still our room was at times completely unbearable. We asked repeatedly to have someone have a look at our AC because we thought it had to be broken. Even at the lowest temperature, 16 degrees, the room was nowhere close to comfortable. Instead, the hotel TURNED UP our AC to 18 degrees while we were out to dinner, despite our numerous complaints about the temperature. We only figured it out at 23.20 when we came home from dinner, and since the AC could not be adjusted from our rooms there was not a damn thing we could do about it. We slept 3,5 hours that night and when we called the reception at 8 in the morning when they opened up, they could see that our room held 24 degrees while the AC said 18 degrees. Wanna guess what they tried to offer us as compensation for all of this? A god damn drink voucher for the bar!! The audacity of that place was insane.

Tudo! Hotel super charmoso com localização perfeita no centrinho de Monopoli. Staff super atencioso e simpático. Cafe da manhã espetacular! O restaurante que atende para o jantar também é otimo! Tudo cuidado nos pequenos detalhes e que fazem total diferença! Adoramos! Ja queremos voltar!

− Nada. Se fosse sugerir alguma coisa, iria falar para trocar as lâmpadas das arandelas dos quartos por temperatura quente, mais amareladas

Nossa estada durou 5 incríveis noites! O quarto era todo reformado, grande, amplo e fresco. Camas boas e excelente ar condicionado para enfrentar o verão europeu. A localização era fantástica: em frente ao mar (embora não tenha faixa de praia) e no centro histórico, perto de todas as atrações e restaurantes. O hotel oferece um charmoso transfer de/para o estacionamento que fica fora do centro histórico. O café da manhã é farto e com produtos de excelente qualidade. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel que dispõe de mesas externas em uma agradável mini praça. Ótima comida. Amamos e voltaríamos.

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y cuenta con unas vistas magníficas al mar. Además, su ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del casco antiguo e ideal para pasear y perderte por sus calles. El desayuno es estupendo, muy rico, variado y excelentemente atendido. Pero lo que verdaderamente marca la diferencia es la atención, ya que están muy pendientes de todo. El servicio es de diez: te recogen y te llevan de vuelta con el equipaje en un coche antiguo. Como detalle definitivo de su amabilidad y hospitalidad, teníamos una boda allí y nos llevaron en el vehículo hasta la catedral. Han sido súper atentos y serviciales en todo momento. ¡Un alojamiento absolutamente recomendable al que volveríamos sin dudarlo!
