10.0The staffs were very kind, courteous and helpful in assisting us! The place is calm and quiet. It has a huge swimming pool and regular size pools. The place was not overcrowded.

6.0Staff in the restaurant provided a very good service with limited resources. Property could be fantastic but due to rooms not being cleaned and buildings fallen into disrepair the condition of the hotel is shabby. Facilities such as the pools could also be great but they need to be cleaned more frequently and debris not just scooped out. Sun loungers and chairs were broken and they hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom towels were discoloured but the beach towels were clean and looked new. However we had to ask for these as they were not automatically provided. There was rubbish on the beach so we didn’t stay on the beach. On Saturday evening a live band entertained in the outdoor eating area. They were very good and this was an unexpected addition to the evening.
