Will not be returning or recommending (too many other, better, cleaner choices of hotels in Helen).
3.0The view and the other guests of the hotel.
− The room was clean but smelled of mold and mildew. The view from the room was riverfront but the small beach below was littered with trash. Every time we returned to our room the keycard didn't work, and we had to track down the clerk. The A/C unit in room had towels stuffed in either side of it and was nesting morning doves or pigeons that would loudly announce themselves in the morning. The decent from the 2nd floor greeted up with a large dumpster at the bottom of the stairs. On the early morning of our departure, we were greeted with a water pipe break that was gushing from the pavement at the bottom of those stairs (previously mentioned). The hotel appears to never have been updated and has seen better days. I guess we got what we paid for.
Quite and amazing lil getaway
10.0Front desk woman was amazing!! Love this being away from the hustle of the main strip but close enough to walk to everything. Being on the river is a plus

− small room the pool was not useable the blinds were on the floor
We had to stay at red roof inn. We are looking to get our money partcially refunded.
1.0We were unable to stay at the facility because they over booked and gave our room away
− The manager on duty yelled at us and told us they have lots of people staying there that did not get what they reserved for. The facility was under construction in some parts which left us out of our reservation.
