Very nice family owned property, very well took care of and clean. I had a bad experience at another cabin that I checked out of the morning before checking in here very smooth one day check-in process. Close to Whitewater rafting in Lake Fontana will be staying here again.

Loved the hot tub

Location is very good, The cabin was clean and the utensils in the kitchen and grilling corner were in good condition. We had a problem with the keys once and the staff arrived immediately for help.

− We were there for 7 days and the topper on the mattress kept on slipping out and caused discomfort.

Cabin is cute outside

− Upon arrivals we had not been given the code for the cabin key. We text and called the number for the manager. No response. We then drove up the hill to the office as the signs said. Once at the offices area which was a barn like structure. A on sight manager walked outside and said we don’t allow people up here. I said I followed the office signs. He claimed they do not want people up there because they spin their tires and mess the gravel up. I told this guy we had no key no code no response via phone, what else do you expect me to do? They are not pet friendly as claimed nor do they grasp service animals federal protections and regulations. Very ignorant manager. The Hwy was only a few hundred feet from the cabins making it loud when the trucks use their Jake brakes etc. The only bed in the cabin was broken in the middle so it collapsed during the night. Management was notified via text/cell to the only number provided. The bed collapsed at 1030 at night. Notified management no response from them not even the next morning. We had to recall them, no attempt to apologize or even offer a discount for the night we slept on the floor. No refund for the nights we had booked but not stay due to no bed! Management was snotty and did not make any apologies. We left that morning and still got charged the remaining nights!!!! Horrible customer service and experience. The rooms smell musky and moldy but they attempt to cover the smell with very strong bleach. I certainly do not recommend this “place”
