체류 기간에는 인근 투어정보를 잘 안내하구요. 작은것 하나에도 성심성의껏 챙겨 주시는데.. 후에로 가기 위해 차표 예매시에 인터넷 구매를 해 줄수 있다 해서 부턱을 드렸읍니다. 그러나 내 신용카드에 무언가 문제가 있어 지불이 안돼었읍니다. 이에 주인께서 자기카드로 구매를 해주시고.. 나는 현금으로 주었는데. 1시간 이상 씨름하며.. 챙겨 주시는데 놀라울 따름이었읍니다 다음에 닌빈에 온다면 당연히 여기에 올겁이다.

I stay here for 2 nights and the service of the team was amazing, always with a smile and trying to help you in all the things you need. The food was amazing and very clean rooms Definitly I will back soon!

I stayed at the Ninh Binh Family Hotel and I stayed in a insuite which was just amazing, it was super clean and cozy. This Hotel / Hostel is close to all the attractions around Ninh Binh, some closer than others as all offer different scenery. The staff which is family run does everything they can to make your stay memorable. In my case I had scratches on my leg which stained there beautiful white bed spread and sheats and they replaced it graciously for my second night. I also am driving my motorcycle and they have a garage next to the building which was more than convincing that it was safe. Also there breakfast was delicious! I recommend this Hostel....

Was a great place for a night or two. Absolutely no complaints about their service! Au$14 for a private room with a double bed. Au$5 to hire a motorbike for the day. My only dislike is that it’s out of the main strip and touristy part of town (as is stated in the name ‘downtown’).

Dirty sheets

My main problem with this stay was that the sheets on my bed were clearly not washed. When I wanted to take another bed I saw that the sheets on almost all the beds were dirty. When I asked for new sheets they did give me clean ones but still this is actually just unexceptable. I didn't see them checking or replacing the other sheets... They also put wrong information on the booking site: yes there is a restaurant but you can't eat there, it's only for breakfast. There are no slippers or toiletries or hairdryer in the room. What I did like was: I could have an earlier check in. The staff was friendly. It's near to the Trang An Grottoes.

Accueil irréprochable. Personnel à l'écoute de vos besoins. Ménage fait tous les jours. Bon hôtel qui malgré son emplacement excentré fait de son mieux pour rendre le séjour agréable à ces clients.
