The staff were very kind and friendly they let us check in a little early. We were pleased on the third floor and my husband had difficulty with this, so we requested being moved to the first floor and they were able to move us! Which was a life saver. The room size was decent we enjoyed the big TV. The pool was great and clean! I loved the dog station as well. Bringing dogs on vacation can be stressful, but they were very accommodating. I even liked the little magnet on the door letting people no there was dogs in which room. The AC in our room went down to 60°F THAT WAS GREAT! Overall we really enjoyed the say and would definitely come back!

− I understand they don't clean the room everyday but so much sand was in our room on the floors, and in the beds it made it very uncomfortable and unsafe. The beds also are not comfortable at all! Some things we also didn't like was having no privacy on the bottom floor and facing the street. Our options were to either have the shade down the entire time, which blackened out the room or have the shade up and people being able to look at us from the sidewalk.

We loved that this hotel is located near great restaurants and shops. Short walking distance to the beach. We also loved that this hotel is pet friendly and that they filled our request for a first-floor room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the a/c was efficient. The mini fridge was great and the room had lots of storage. They had a handy pet pad for potty breaks and provided bags and trash for pet waste. The room was clean and linens and TP were provided as needed. Staff was friendly. Nice ice maker on ground level for filling beach cooler.

− We did not understand or were we told that room cleaning is only upon request. The info we received said every 3 days. Our room was right by the small pool and upper deck above the coffee shop. There was a lot of noise from guests that made our dogs bark and made us lose sleep. The pool closed at 9pm but the deck must have had guests allowed late at night (1:30 am loud groups on several nights) Not sure what the hotel can do to keep this from happening in the middle of the night but in needs addressed. Also, we did not realize that the hotel is located near the very popular venue Bottle and Cork. The music can be heard loudly on band nights until very late.

Great Hotel at a Great Centered Location

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was fantastic and personable. Location is perfect! We parked and didn't have to move until we were ready to leave.

Location was great. Very short walk to the beach and everything there is to do downtown.

− I did not like having to pay for parking after already paying for the room. One of our bathroom towels had a footprint on it, and the towel rack was not properly attached to the wall. Also, there were gum and candy wrappers in the closet.

− The noise was bad due to all of the teens/twentysomethings there making noise until 2am
