6.0The reserved room was delivered to another guest, the hotel needs to take care of details of maintenance and amenities. They do not accept payment by credit card and do not deliver receipt of payment
Not worth the price
4.0Pros: -Very clean -Helpful staff -Quiet at night -comfortable bed -Good homemade complimentary breakfast -Google maps will get you there by hotel name -friendly beagles Cons: -expensive -slow WiFi -Inconvenient location -not every room has a fridge -shower was terrible in my standard single room. The curtain was not water proof. It was extremely small. Nozzle position was not adjustable, and was falling off the wall (sprayed me face and all over the room the first time I turned it on). The drain barely worked. -The listing didn’t mention its many (and sometimes silly) rules, including no alcohol on the premise. -listing didn’t mention that they only accept cash or paypal -no access to kitchen -not a friendly or communal vibe -while its in a nice neighborhood, the streets were pretty busy and often lacked sidewalks
No room at the Inn
2.0We traveled 2 . 5 hours to get there, only to be told that one of the two rooms we had rented was NOT available anymore. What good does it do to make reservations if the hotel gives your room away to someone else?
