− I booked including breakfast but the rice was bad seems from last night and also the pillow cover smells bad. But the staff was nice and want to change it after I complained

− The noise was an issue, kids running up and down the open corridors at 4am and then in the pool right next to the bedrooms from 5.30am. My bathroom had a bad smell they couldn’t fix
