− Минусы: Не открываются окна, в номерах очень душно, непонятно как работает система кондиционирования и вентиляция Табло показывает 18 градусов в номере,но фактически в номере около 25 градусов Слабая вентиляция в ванной комнате и в туалете, высокая слышимость других номеров Вода в душе уходит слабо и вытекает из ванной комнаты, приходится вытирать воду Убирали номер достаточно посредственно, пару раз мы отказались от уборки, ни о каких ваучерах на коктейли нам не сказали Сильно разочаровал такой случай: Мы были в другом городе 4 дня, когда приехали увидели, что в туалете была вода Спустились к ресепшн, передали информацию, но в течении 1.5 часов никто не пришел и не убрал воду Мы вытерли всё самостоятельно, считаем что это неприемлемо Позднее к нам пришли уборщики,но просто убрать номер, они были не в курсе о проблеме с водой, администраторам должно быть стыдно за это Не рекомендуем, не вернёмся сюда снова

10.0We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Ruby Emma and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Andrea at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.The hotel's location is fantastic—perfectly situated close to the city center, making exploring Amsterdam incredibly easy. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and styled with a unique, modern touch. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options to start the day.If you are visiting Amsterdam, stay here. We will definitely be back!

− The division between bathroom and bedroom needs to be more opaque and the air conditioning did not cope with the heat. Surprising for a new build.

6.0Gute Lage mit Nähe zur Metro Einfaches Zurechtfinden Cafe an der Bar zum Frühstück war klasse. Leider nie ein Lächeln der Barista.
− Recht unpersönlich. Nur elektronisches einchecken. Reinigung des Zimmers nicht selbstverständlich . “We do not clean your room; unless you want us to. In return you get a drink at the bar. “ ich bestand auf die Reinigung; “selbstverständlich “ . Das Zimmer wurde nicht wirklich gereinigt. Bett gemacht, Handtuch gewechselt, aber die Ding, die am erstem Tag auf den Boden gefallen waren z.b. Fingerpflaster lagen nach drei Tagen noch am selben Ort. Aber ja, ich hätte mich ja selber bücken können. Die Bandscheibe hatte sich für ein hochpreisiges Hotel entschieden. Leider sind bei solchen Hotels freundliches Personal durch Musikbeschallung ersetzt. Mensaatmosphäre pur.
