1.0Location, friendly staff and the breakfast reasonably good.
− - No working toilet. We spent the whole stay using the hotel reception toilet because ours was blocked. Every time we asked for it to be sorted, they sent someone to unblock it, but it would block again whenever we used it. So the options were to defecate on top of your partner’s feces or go downstairs. - Very poor facilities and amenities, all wrapped up in a sustainability label. - No air con. They have some “sustainable” ventilation system that keeps the room at a steady 24°C.

− The staff, lady with red hair once i arrived from a very long trip 13+ hrs after me checking in on the swlf check in system she told me that the room i booked is not available they going to downgrade my room which was the resident room ( the biggest room in the property) and they will give me a complimentary and i said i dont want the other room i want a refund because i booked the biggest room in purpose she said your booking is non refundable so you not gonna have any refund i was surprised so i started shounting on the reception because i was really tired from the trip and how is that possible to book a room and then they tell me the room is not available the price difference was too way much than the one they wanted to give me and more than 20 sqm is smaller

10.0Labai patogios lovos ir patalynė. Pats viešbutis gražus ir švarus. Nors toleliau nuo centro, bet visai netoli viešojo transporto stotelė. Kambaryje viskas, ko gali prireikti.
