2.0I had double charges for this hotel and hotel refused to refund charges. I don't understand how Expedia work with this hotel without guarantee to their customers that Expedia charges will reflect in hotel system. Staff was ok, but it's cheating system- i was charges by Expedia and then upon arrival. Don't recommend to anyone
