コンパクトな設計で空間を広く使っている。マッサージ機が有るのはとてもありがたい。チェックアウトが12時なので、朝のオンライン打ち合わせができとても助かった。便器もスタイリッシュ、自動洗浄など、必要な所はしっかりと良いものを備えている。

Good location, near a lot of restaurants and shops. Opposite the underground station. Breakfast was nice and a mix of Japanese and Western. Rooms had a nice view and it was very clean.

− The double room was very small but the twin room was bigger but still no that much space. Some AC units were dusty.

− 員工的專業度還有進步空間：張貼請勿打擾跟毋須打掃的牌子，但房務人員仍然敲門跟按電鈴。問前台人員是否有行李架可以用，他們說沒有，但後來我在樓層梯廳有發現一個似乎可以取用。

Hotel is really near in all city life attractions. I like how you can take a cab instead of train and it doesn't hurt your pocket.

− We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, the Tokyo heat is horrible, add up the long journey from the airport. The staff from the from desk this time was giving us the attitude regarding our check in, i was trying to give our booking information thru booking.com but kept on asking for our passports. The way she questioned how we are in Japan without passports felt racist . She is not a japanese i can tell on her accent. Adding pain to the injury we went up our room with a room like sauna! It was terrible it took us a while to figure out how to make the ac work, which really gave me a headache i thought i was about to faint with the heat. I wish management can figure out something in advance to make the room cold prior of guest arrival. It adds up having to rest immediately when arriving to your room. The bed was comfortable bathroom is clean.
