− Lack of cleanliness, toilet bowl loose, toilet seat loose, teabags etc not replenished, only offered English breakfast - nothing else. Had to ask for towels.
Our stay was pleasant just spoilt by having no hot water

− The fact that we had no hot Water for the whole of our stay,had to boil water from kettle to have a wash,showers were a no no due to no hot water.it would have been nice to have a top up of milk tea coffee etc each day.
