5.0Localização excelente. Empatia e educação no atendimento, mas ineficiente na solução dos problemas.
− Chuveiro com água morna. Estávamos em 4 e só tinha fronha e toalha pra 3. Pedimos pra repor e não o fizeram. Na primeira noite tivemos que improvisar. No dia seguinte da hospedagem até as 12:00 não haviam nos entregue a toalha e a fronha. Tivemos que ir atrás da camareira pra conseguir, que não nos forneceu, tivemos que solicitar na recepção, que forneceu uma toalha de banho e disse que veria o restante depois, mas não nos foi entregue nada. A água quente reclamamos assim que chegamos, ficamos duas noites e não resolveram. Vi que esse problema da água quente é recorrente, portanto, entendo com descaso mesmo. Fingem que resolve e a gente finge que aceita. Infelizmente a experiência não foi boa.
