WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!

− I didn't like the fact that I made a reservation when it was 100° to get out of the heat and when I went at 4p.m. to check in there was nobody in the office when I finally talked to the manager he was in Sacramento and explained to me that he wouldn't be back to check me in until 9 p.m. that night. He advised me to cancel my reservation and he would refund my money so I did just that but he won't acknowledge so I still have not received even a partial refund let alone a full refund like he lead me to believe.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD RENTING A HOTEL ROOM.. I had to work out even more money to get a room at the Bonnie inn down the street, they were great!!
