10.0Excellent breakfast staff lobby accommodations. Bedroom on 2nd floor with steep stairs. Arrange rides to skiing and back (4 minutes?) With staff. Easy! Very english staff.
Excellent holiday; shame about the poor quality snow but had great fun!

Trees, snow, amongst nature in log cabins was stunning.
9.0Location, snowed in amongst pine trees & nature was gorgeous. Staff friendly & helpful driving us around. So spacious, views of snow & trees outside window & lounge room was comfy. Bathroom spacious, excellent big bath for hot tub after skiing.
− Our villa needed a toilet on the same level as the bedroom! Could add one easily with all the atrium space above the entrance room. Going downstairs every time needed bathroom was inconvenient.
Amazing must do experience. Relax & soak in the SNOW VIEWS.
8.0Amazing setup away from the resort. Visually couldn't ask for more. Staff were amazing & very accommodating. Breakfast buffet although limited was quality and couldn't expect more for limited people capacity. Reception area is just beautiful. Cabins are roomy & fulfilled all our needs.
− Wifi was very average. In & out the entire time. Oh & the exit light on the sliding door. Not sure how anyone could sleep with that in your face !! Had to cover it up which is obviously not an ideal thing to do.

10.0Les chalets sont jolis, agréables et bien équipés. L’emplacement est parfait : à deux pas du rusutsu resort en voiture. Un système de navette sur demande permets de faire les trajets entre les deux matin et soir mais aussi pour le dîner. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les petits déjeuners sont également top.
− Les dîners proposés dépannent mais ne sont pas incroyables. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de tester le Shabu shabu car il fallait réserver à l’avance, qui lui est peut être très bon.
