It was an enjoyable experience and in particular, I would like to acknowledge Darlington who was very cheerful and helpf
7.0The fact that it had multiple pools, the newly built rooms, the food and the staff
− The shower drainage in one of the rooms, the toilet plumbing issues and no telephone in some rooms
It was not what i expected
3.0The view was amazing
− There was no hot water,shower gel,hand soap. The waiter served ua cold drinks with no can opener and said he was bringing one and never showed up.

9.0Rooms were comfortable, food and drinks at the restaurant were great, and really enjoyed the pools and water slides.
− Water pressure could be a bit better but I think that's typical in these parts
