− จองห้องสวีทไป แต่ได้รับบริการแย่กว่าห้องพักราคา200 พนักงานมีการโกหกว่าเข้าตรวจระบบน้ำที่เหม็นและดำเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ความจริงแล้วไม่มีการตรวจสอบ แจ้งความต้องการนานแล้วแต่ก็ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข
