10.0Lloyd and Marivic were delightful and awesome and excellent staff. They deserve a raise for going above and beyond. Very exceptional. My go to Hotel now all the time when in Saipan. I would recommend it always. Awesome service from the both of them. I would like to see them given some kind of gratitude from the company.

10.0we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable.

8.0해마다 6월쯤 사이판을 방문하고 있지만 아이들 동반한 가족여행이 아니라면 세렌티만한 숙소가 없는것 같습니다 시내접근성은 최고이고 (아이러브사이판 바로 맞은편) 요금 또한 저렴한 편이라 가성비 갑입니다 사이판에 방문객수가 너무 줄어 공실인 가게들이 많아 안타깝네요
