8.0A localização, a recepção, que foram muitos gentis e nos deixaram fazer o checkin antecipado, os atendentes, quarto espaçoso, janela anti ruído, guarda roupa com bastante cabide.
− Frigobar não gelava muito, a posição do ar condicionado poderia ser melhor, box do banheiro muito pequeno

9.0Wonderfully located close to all the landmarks around the Forum in a traditional Roman building with a cool old-style lift. The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive and ready to help with anything including leaving bags on check-in. Everything was so relaxed and you were made to feel at home. The smallish room was perfectly proportioned with a really big double bed and a powerful shower unit in a compact bathroom. There was a complimentary bottle of water which was a nice touch along with the coffee machine, and the a/c worked well. What really stood out was how spotlessly clean and tidy the room was and that goes for the reception area. In fact, the whole building was so well-kept and tidy.

9.0Roberto and his staff are very accommodating. The location is perfect to all the sites. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.
− The air conditioning was lacking, but typical of Italy. It just doesn’t get cool enough. Roberto attempted to fix the issue and was aware. I think if you visit when it ISNT 100+ degrees outside it would be PERFECT!
