The pools are fantastic. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Aircon works very well. Property is extremely well maintained.

− No pool towels available. Bathroom towels or bedclothes were not changed in 10 days. No toiletries.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Sycylii. Samochód to "must have" w tej okolicy. Super plaże w zasięgu 10-15 min samochodem. Willa wyposazona wystarczająco, czysty basen, super komfort termiczny w willi (dobra klimatyzacja i okiennice). Sprzęty mają kilka lat ale wszystko było sprawne i dobrze działające. 3 min pieszo dobra pizzeria.

Spacious villa with great pools, but lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Spacious & Comfortable: The villa is very large with 3 bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient. Great Pool Area: The pools are excellent, never overcrowded, and sun loungers were always available. Well-Equipped: Air conditioning on every floor kept us cool, and they even provided sports balls for pool (a lifesaver since we forgot ours!). Good Location: A great base for exploring, though a car is necessary to get around.

− 1. Safety & Layout (Stairs & Light Switches) The layout features the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. It is important to note that the spiral staircase connecting the floors is very steep and could be dangerous for elderly guests or small children. Additionally, the light switch for the top-floor stairs is awkwardly placed right next to the open stairwell, which felt quite unsafe to reach in the dark. 2. Logistical Inconveniences (The Key & Check-in) A major downside is that we only got one key, and the front door can only be opened from the outside with it. This made coordination very difficult. For example, if someone stayed longer at the pool while another person went inside to shower, those outside were locked out. They had to wait until the person upstairs finished and walked all the way down the steep stairs to let them in. Additionally, we didn’t receive check-in instructions before arrival, but luckily the reception staff was there to help. 3. Crucial Information (Drinking Water) Future guests should absolutely be informed beforehand that the tap water is not drinkable. We were fortunate that local shops were still open so we could buy bottled water, but this is critical information for anyone arriving late at night. 4. Maintenance & Cleanliness The property itself is beautiful, but it currently feels a bit neglected and stands in need of a deep refresh. It shows its age through broken details: every bathroom trash can had a broken lid, and the shower door on the top floor was broken and wouldn't close. Cleanliness could also be improved; the fridge had a strong, lingering odor from previous groceries, and we noticed a lack of basic cleaning supplies like a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner. Overall, it is a lovely villa with great potential, but it needs better upkeep to truly shine.

Doskonała baza na odpoczynek. Czysto. Dwa baseny dobrze usytuowane. Śniadania na miejscu. Pełen relaks, dzięki przytulnej atmosferze na obiekcie. Pokoje czyste. Pani Rahma zaopiekowała się nami nieprawdopodobnie doskonale - pomagała w logistyce poruszania się po mieście i organizacji przejazdów po Sycylii - najlepsza! Polecam.
