Beadbugs everywhere!
2.0BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. Warbing to anyone wanting to reserve a room here, please don't at any cost. There were bedbugs in each of the rooms they changed us around to. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less about this issue. They refused to reimburse us after we complained (only on the third day). The service was horrible.
Nothing nice about it
2.0Overall experience was not good. Basic facilities like hot water, attending to complaints were lacking.
Pathetic but cheap, not recomended for families
4.0Our stay was cut short because of poor service. Room was clean however the AC was broken and spewed only cold air. It's a hoax that they provide 24/7 hot water. Had to take cold water bath agree the hot water stopped. The shower was broken. The switches didn't accommodate 3pin plugs.
