Very Disappointing Experience – Confirmed Booking but No Stay
1.0− I booked this hotel through Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation. However, the hotel later sent messages saying it was cancelled while the Booking.com status still showed confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel directly from the airport (my first time visiting India), the staff told me the booking was cancelled and I could not stay. I was left without accommodation after a long journey. This was extremely disappointing and stressful. I do not recommend this place due to unreliable booking management and poor communication.

− Reception needs to be groomed well about the requirements, despite of mentioning certain conditions and booking an extra room I had to pay 2.5k extra just to change.

− We were initially shown a cramped room which v didnt like. Since i had booked through booking.com i went for cancellation online. This prompted the hotel to give a good room having good light.
