10.0Pros: Very big room with kitchen and washroom. See through window to shower area (if you like that stuff). Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action.

8.0Good location. Hot shower. Good bed. Secure. Kitchen lacked any cooking utensils. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom.

8.0Long delay at check in, because for the second time in 2 years, they tried to give me a room without kitchen. Excellent room, facilities, condition (although there was a badly cracked window glass pane) and location. 10 min walk to Walking Street or Soi Buakhao or few min by baht bus. Reception staff do not speak English and are mainly there to check for unregistered guests.

6.0Nice hotel at a convenient location. Walkable to beach road and walking street. Only true downside was not having an elevator.
