2.0Very big bedroom and bathroom.
− No air conditioning, we were almost dying during that night. Pillows were smelly. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. Very old furniture. Car parking far away from the actual hotel.

8.0Kamer in een kasteel die ook als bruidslocatie dient. Sprookjesachtige plek met prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Heel schoon en netjes. Bijzondere ervaring zo een kamer op een kasteel.
Claimed we had not booked - despite the booking.com booking. Turned us away.
1.0It was open. Some people were there. It looked very swanky, with an impressive driveway
− We turned up, as we had booked through booking.com. They said we had not booked and made us leave. We have evidence of the booking, and showed them the booking.com booking. There is no come back to this. You cannot get any recompense. What if we had not managed to find somewhere else.
Very clean and comfortable
8.0It was lovely and the view of our room was amazing, the only issue was that we didn't receive any information about WIFI in the hotel. But everything else was perfect. Lovely staff, amazing location, and very clean room.
