6.0The room was great. Linen and towels of good quality. Certain issues: 1. No one in Reception to assist us on Sunday morning to open gate for the hike. Looked for someone for 20min to assist. 2. Breakfast area was not clean. No cups or plates on the counter. Pillows on outside couches not set out for us to sit as it was full at the tables. No waitresses to assist us for almost 10 min outside 3. Had to inform the waitress of a dead mouse on the toilet so I assume toilets were not cleaned that morning (time of informing person was at 9:00) 4. Had to point out to Waitress when they did get to us eventually outside that a bag of drugs were lying on the deck. Again assuming no cleaning were done from the night before. 5. We had to ask for cutlery twice when we did receive food. 5. We had breakfast only Sun morning as it was such a bad experience we did not go back on teh Monday.

8.0The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and all the amenities were well thought out. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here.

10.0Hilton Bush Lodge is truly a gem. The location is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape into nature. Our group of 16 felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate every request with genuine care. Breakfast was a highlight. Everything was prepared fresh for all of us, and the quality and attention to detail really stood out. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A beautiful lodge with exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

8.0Had a nice stay, rooms were good but were lacking shelf/work space to put toaster on etc. Breakfast was good. Views were great. Nice walk to the top of the falls. Overall, a very pleasant stay
