NOT RELAXING. Even an adult with one luggage can't fit in a room
5.0Kind staff and great location.
− The rooms were extraordinary small. We booked 2 rooms for our family. The images showed the armchair next to the bed and some extra space in the rooms. But in reality, It was just a bed for 2 guests, and a small walkway around the bed, and we didn't even have a place to put a luggage (we had 2 luggages and it was even worse to find our stuff and even walk in the room with luggages standing besides the bed). I booked the rooms and I felt responsible about it, but after seeing the rooms I was SO embarrassed of my choice in front of them. one of the bathrooms was as tiny as an adult person couldn't use the toilet and had to sit to the side. No need to mention that the flush was broke randomly 3 times during our stay and we had to ask them couple of times to fix it. In general, our stay in the rooms WAS NOT relaxing at all and we had to go out and sit in the restaurant all the time just to have sometime to hang out together cause there was no room to sit in our rooms.

10.0Everything was perfect! I especially appreciated the reception staff. A receptionist named Tural was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made my experience even better. Excellent service overall!

10.0Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, нам нравится район, сам отель хоть и маленький, но очень милый, дружелюбный и внимательный персонал.
− Он уже очень старенький, было бы хорошо сделать ремонт, особенно поменять ковроланы, они уже воняют плесенью
