More than just a port in a storm
10.0It was great. I booked last minute, arrived late and left early. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was exactly what I needed - a place to sleep - on the way into New Orleans for hurricane relief.
Definitely NOT worth trying to stay
2.0After booking online, we arrived at the hotel with no one to check us in. We had to end up finding a spot to park a few miles down the road and sleeping in the car. Tried to call the number that was listed on the reservation but it went straight to voicemail. Even after contacting hotels.com, they also had no luck contacting the hotel.

2.0We evacuated out home in front of a hurricane and found this room. Drive an hour outside of our projected path to get here for the night and the hotel desk was empty. Waited around for 20+ minutes looking for someone and called the number multiple times but no answer . Finically got back on the road and drive several kite hours in middle of night with my wife and 2 children to find another place - now being told someone will contact me within 10 business days to see if I can get a refund

10.0Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located right downtown and close to Fred’s. Very clean and beds were very comfortable.
