10.0I don’t usually post but just arrived home after a 4 night stay at the brilliant Henna Hotel and wanted to get my experience out there now. It’s brilliant! Fantastic location, lovely clean comfy rooms, and a brilliant breakfast with amazing menemen and masses of fresh and cooked options. But saving the best till last - the staff there are just wonderful! Can’t do enough for you, really helpful and lovely. The manager Sima helped us carry our luggage in the taxi this morning! Make sure to visit the restaurant directly opposite, Siva. We loved it and went every day for drinks and snacks. Amazing food and hospitality. Thank you to Sima and all her team. Wonderful return trip to breathtakingly beautiful city - 100 stars recommend hotel!!!

10.0We loved the location in Sultanahmet: the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, the Hippodrome, Topkapı Palace, the Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar were all within walking distance. The rooms and common areas have a beautiful modern design, and the terrace with a view of the Bosphorus is spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. They arranged our transfers to and from the airport without any problems and stored our luggage while we were on our Cappadocia trip, which made everything so much easier. But without a doubt, the best part is the staff: always kind, attentive and happy to help. We especially want to mention that on the day we left for our excursion, they prepared sandwiches for us at 4:00 a.m., a gesture that truly surprised us. We felt at home, so much so that after Cappadocia we came back for three more nights. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!

10.0Fantastic location! Only 3 min from mezquita Azul and 5 to the tram. All the staff members were pleasant, but special mention to the General Manager, she is really attentive. Rooms are clean and good to relax. Will come back!!
