The size of the apartment is good and it could be made much more comfortable larger families.
7.0Location was good, close to the train station. Overall clean.
− We stayed with 3 kids, they had to sleep on the sleeper couches in the lounge. Those were incredibly thin and uncomfortable and the mattresses were very dirty. Definitely not possible for an adult have a decent rest on those, the kids slept poorly.

− I met the pot with some sticky stain on, No dishwasher and sponge to even wash the pot or dishes. the shower control seems faulty as it remains very hot and never balances the hot level. I sent email immediately I noticed all these on the day of arrival but no one bothered to respond nor act on any of the complaints.
Nice and quiet neighborhood, very easy access to train or bus and a sainsburys near by

− Had big problems with the damage refund,they said that they auto released ,never received the money back so bassically for 2 nights I paid 510£ instead of 260£ ,the 250£ damage deposit didnt camed back

9.0- Nice neighborhood with a beautiful park "Ladywell fields" right next to the apartment complex. - The no-human-contact check-in and check-out system works great, especially with the detailed instructions that they provide on the portal. - The apartment was clean - The neighborhood and complex felt safe. - Very close to transportation.
− - I personally liked the no-human-contact check-in and check-out system. It helps reduce cost and simply works, but I can see how many people won't like it, and won't like reading the 10s of links and notes they send you. - I suggest they handle the damage deposit release better. You are asked to check-out at 10 and leave your keys at the dinning table. You aren't supposed to meet anyone before you leave. A cleaner will come later to assess the apartment and decide if everything is okay before releasing the damage deposit. I can see how this can be problematic and how many people won't trust this system. I was told that the deposit will be released within 7 working days, and I hope it will be released as promised. - Kitchen utensils are very minimal. - A baby cot was pictured in one of the photos, but we didn't find one when we arrived, and when I inquired, I was told it was not provided. If that's the case, I think that picture should be removed. - Double bed is smaller than usual and the sofa beds are very uncomfortable (which is to be expected)

The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to for the booking. This deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.
Guests are required to send photo identification, either a drivers license or passport, proof of address to the property prior to arrival.
Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking. If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name, but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.
