Beautifully decorated room, shower was incredible and bed was super comfy. Had hanging space for clothes and vanity/ desk to get ready. Tea and coffee facilities great. Upstairs from a great pub which has lovely pub garden and very nice staff. There’s a bus stop right outside.

− It’s a good 10-15 min walk from central Hounslow however not an issue as there’s a bus stop right outside

It was all lovely and I couldn’t fault it . It had a car park, lovely breakfasts of all choices which aren’t stupidly expensive, the staff are helpful and the young man at the bar carried my bags to to my room on the second floor in the heat which was sweet of him . The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely and provided extra milk portions for me which she discreetly left outside my room , they had a hairdryer and a good TV. There’s even a TV in the garden for sunny evenings and also in the breakfast room . I’ll stay again, it’s lovely .

− The ONLY negative ( which is nobody’s fault as that’s down to God and climate change!) is that the top single rooms of which I was staying in one, get very hot due to being on the top floor and heat rising . The fan was on full blast ( they provided a nice big fan but I also brought a small one from home for by the bed ) when I first entered the room as there’s no AC it being an old building, and we now have heatwave summers unfortunately, it was very hot to sleep in or even sit in even with fan on, sleeping under one sheet and the curtain closed at the hottest part of the day to stop the heat getting in, but I managed to in the end as the room was lovely and quiet . When I next come and sleep in a top room I’ll make sure it’s not in high summer but one of the other three seasons instead . But that’s nobody’s fault actually it’s just climate change . Still a lovely room and great to stay there .

Nice pub in a good location.

The pub was located within walking distance of Winchester city centre. They provided a parking permit for residents parking outside the pub. The room was comfortable and on the first floor although it was a bit hot. We did have a meal at the pub in the garden which was very pleasant.

− The room was a bit hot as the sun was on the windows most of the day. A fan was provided but it didn't make much difference.

Perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight at Heathrow.

− Directly under the flightpath to Heathrow and on a very busy road. Very dilapidated. No EV charging. No aircon

The location was good, 10 minute walk to bars, shops etc.

− Whilst we were in a heatwave when we stayed, as soon as we opened the door to the room it was like stepping into a sauna. We had been provided with 2 fans, both of which were filthy with dust and lacked in any power to actually cool the air. There was only 1 small opening window. The room was very basic, and although the bedding was clean, the matresses were old and creaky. The bathroom was very small, but had all the basics. Furniture and decor was nice but tired. Lots of signs of wear throughout.
