夕食も朝食も大満足でした。 スタッフもとても爽やかな対応をしてくださいました。山の井のお風呂を利用できて良かったです。幽泉亭は見る価値がありますよ。

食事美味しかったです。配膳や係の方の応対も良かったです。女性のユニフォームを褒めたら　「仕事の励みになります。」と応えてくれました。充電器も快くかしていただき　ありがとうございました。

− 部屋のポットのお湯がまずかったです。部屋にタオル掛けがあればいいと思いました。高齢者のために　部屋に椅子が欲しいと思いました、

玉造温泉で過ごす年末年始でした

スタッフの丁寧なご対応から始まりホテル内が清潔だったこと。　大浴場は広くて快適でした。　部屋も旅館テイストでよかったです。

− Wifiはロビーのみ使えるという事でしたがそれほど問題はなかったです。
