10.0Very nice hotel compared to Batu hotel standard. Paradise and Lippo plaza is right across the street. Breakfast menu feels like lunch with varieties. Wifi can be spotty on some areas. Room was clean and have AC.

8.0Kamar nya terlihat mewah, persis spt yg ada di gambar. Walaupun gak bs check-in lbh cepet, ttp saya bs titip koper. Room service stiap hr menggantikan handuk dan peralatan mandi lainnya. AC dingin, stop kontak ny banyak, ad hair dryer & pemasak air juga. Ada exhaust fan juga di toilet, yg sangat berguna dikala mandi dgn air panas.
