9.0お部屋の中に居ても外や近くの部屋の音とかは聞こえず…家族で、穏やかな時間が過ごせました。 保冷剤を冷凍庫で冷やしてもらえるかを、お願いしたら、心良く引き受けてくださったり… 1階のカフェで、飲み物の提供があり…チェックアウト後の散策の間、車を駐車場に停めさせてくださり助かりました。
− 階段のみだったので、少し足の悪い人には、負担になるかと思いました。
浴衣で外湯たっぷり満喫
9.0携帯の充電器を，レンタルできた。 外湯巡りが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、無料で利用できる 近くの飲食店のリストをサッと提供してくれた。 駅から，とても近い。 朝食が、デラックスモーニングで おいしかった。同じカフェにて、 ウエルカムドリンクを頂けた。
− 宿の入り口が、わかりにくかった。 狭いスペースの利用の為エレベーター無しで，ちょっと迷路的です。 宿内や近辺。

9.0It was SO close to the train station and everyone was spectacularly nice. It had really nice furnishings that were modern, but just old school enough to feel traditional (at least in my semi double room)!
− The single, only downside is not having a shower in your own room. I know, I know, we’re in Kinosaki for onsen hopping! But on the one day I needed a quick shower and not a luxurious soak, it was an extra step to plan what I needed to bring to the private bath in the hotel. That said, the private baths were perfect for what I needed! I really like the Tsuki bath.
