10.0What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return!

8.0舊式日本酒店，但經過重新裝修，但有些部分明顯有歲月痕跡，員工服務態度很好，餐點不錯。 似乎有旅行團入住，温泉比較多人使用

10.0Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.

8.0部屋は清潔で広い、ただ、快適ではあるが全体的に古い。 洗面所の水は蛇口を閉めても止まらなかった。 食事は悪くはないが、特別良くもない。夕食は、量は多めかちょうどいいくらい。 朝食はビュッフェだった、食べるものはたくさんあるが普通。 団体客が多いようで、会場は広い。 全体的なイメージは、 値段のわりには、、？という印象。

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
