2.0Although the entire property is non smoking, I had to ask for another room when the first room had clearly been smoked in. When I stepped into the second room, it too smelled of smoke. I decided at that moment to cancel my reservation and look for another motel. I do not recommend this property and would never make reservations there again.

4.0I came in late and had to wait forever to be checked in. Hotel was dirty. It should have been $24.99 a night. I would not stay here again.

4.0First I would like to compliment the clerk for being friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the rest of my observations aren't so nice. I was here for three days and the same trash was outside in the parking lot and in front of the rooms. My particular room needed to be vacuumed prior to my arrival. The carpet in my room was damp and the bathtub leaked. Some of the fixtures were in disrepair.
